At Forge Athletics each coach brings a unique approach, but one thing unites us: a love for the game and a relentless drive to build players’ skills and character.
Dustin Brisson
Drafted by the Boston Red Sox in 2000, Dustin went on to play in the St. Louis Cardinals organization, seeing time at both first and third base.
After retiring from professional play, he founded Forge Athletics to deliver high-level training and personalized coaching, helping athletes of all ages develop skills and reach their full potential.

Lindsay Beer
Lindsay Beer, three‑sport standout and East Longmeadow (MA) Hall of Famer, former Division I Hofstra softball star, and Loomis Chaffee head softball coach.
Lindsay has 12 years of college and 10+ years of high school coaching. She served as assistant coach at C.W. Post (Long Island University) and the University of Rhode Island, then was head coach and assistant athletic director at The Sage Colleges and Westfield State.
She made the America East All-Tournament Team in 1999, 2000 and 2001 and was a four-time All-Academic selection.
